Interpacific Data
Management Limited was founded in Hong Kong 1986 as a software
development house and consultancy specialising in telecommunications
applications. Since that time we have grown to become a premier
developer and supplier of world-class network management solutions
for voice and IP applications, spanning 16 countries across the
globe. In 1994 Interpac was presented with the Voyageur
Award by the Canadian Chamber of
Commerce in Hong Kong as the outstanding Canadian-managed business of
the year.
Distribution
and Support
Distribution and
Support of Interpac products are provided both directly and through
an established network of fully trained Interpac Authorised
Distributors across Asia. Recruiting only top-quality technical staff
internationally, Interpac has built an excellent reputation for
product quality and for technical support services, both on-site and
via our Direct Connect
on-line tele-maintenance service. Over
1,000 Interpac call management systems have been installed in
Australia, Brunei, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Macau,
Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, the United States
and Vietnam.
Interpac maintains
development and support offices in Singapore and Manila to cope with
our rapidly expanding installed base of high-end Network Billing and
Accounting systems in Southeast Asia.

Development Philosiphy
All Interpac
products have all been evolved to meet three primary design criteria:

of installation and support for the Installer. Third is a
comprehensiveness and flexibility of design
that successfully addresses all requirements of sophisticated
business users under all conditions. For these reasons, Interpac has
become the preferred supplier for an impressive list of major
multinationals and telcos who have standardised on TELTRAC across
Asia. These firms especially appreciate Interpac's responsiveness to
their needs, the international availability of a consistent product,
and provision of reliable Hong Kong based support for all countries,
for interfacing to equipment from any vendor, and for all PSTN
environments. We maintain a full in-house language translation
capability, and all our products are available in English,
Chinese and Japanese languages.
Partners
Interpac is the Asia-Pacific
Distributor for Irvine California-based Centergistic
Solutions, whose range of advanced real-time Call Centre
management products are distributed and supported across Asia by
Interpac. For full call centre implementation, Interpac distributes
and installs full-featured IVRS and Voicemail systems from
Belgium-based Voxtron. Interpac
co-operates closely with all major PBX and telecom equipment
manufacturers including Lucent, Siemens, Nortel, Fujitsu, NEC,
Alcatel, Ericsson and many others, and is a Nortel
Certified Business Affiliate development partner and a Microsoft
Certified Partner.
