We call TELTRAC G-III "Third Generation" because, over a period of 12 years in the business, Interpac has been through 3 complete creations or product cycles of TELTRAC as telecom and computer language technologies have evolved: The first TELTRAC generation was in DOS in 1987, the second in Windows 3.1 in 1995, and now Windows NT/95/98 - and yes, we've learned a thing or two about call accounting over that period of time! You could say we are the seasoned professionals in the business.

Software Design:

Native 32-bit Microsoft Visual C++ Object Oriented language takes full advantage of the advanced technology of the 32-bit Operating System, while Microsoft Access (standalone version) or Microsoft NT SQL-Server (client-server version) database provides industry standard data management. Runs under Microsoft Windows 95/98/NT on any standard Pentium PC.

Support and Data Security Features:

Teltrac G-III features an independent call data capturing module ensuring continued call data capture even while the main Teltrac G-III module is shut down or under maintenance. And all call records are stored twice in two separate files to provide full data redundancy. No external buffer required (available as an option if desired).

  • “Install" program for simple installation

  • Accepts configuration data from disk and via unique self-loading feature from the PBX CDR
  • Data capture is not interrupted during maintenance and re-configuration
