The TELTRAC-DNS
Server captures CDR call log records in real time and processes
them in real time from up to 256 PBX on your Private Voice
Network, all on a single Pentium workstation. Using your choice of Omnitronix
DataLink IP Agent buffer boxes or ordinary PC's running Interpac's
CSF Capture Store and Forward software to capture CDR data at each
PBX on your voice network, TELTRAC-DNS uses your data WAN to
efficiently and cheaply carry the CDR call logging data in real time
from any mix of different-vendor PBX to the TELTRAC-DNS Server. PBX
nodes may located be in any countries, and DNS will support any
number carriers, tariff schemes or currencies.
Call records are
processed using the correct local currencies and tariffs for PSTN
calls, and using your own costing scheme for Network calls. Your
network may consist of a single PBX type (Lucent, Nortel, Siemens,
Alcatel, NEC, etc...) or any mix of switches. DNS handles them all.
Most importantly,
DNS will accumulate and match multiple CDR records from multiple
switches for a single call, delivering complete and correctly costed
history of a leased line call that may have hopped across multiple
nodes and then gone offnet onto the PSTN to completion.
